2000s Films as Colour Posters

In the 2000s digital colour grading arrives in cinemas, and with it films with very deliberate colour: the green and yellow of Amélie, the pastels of Lost in Translation, the contrasts of Pan's Labyrinth. On the poster those decisions are easy to see. For many it is the decade of the first DVD collection, the first cinema trips as a couple, the student flat. As a group poster with title and date, it quickly becomes a very personal gift.
