Shipping and payment

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany only. You can enter a different delivery address, for example to send the poster directly to the recipient of your gift.

Shipping costs

€4,90 per order, however many posters. Orders from €80 ship free. Vouchers arrive by email at no shipping cost.

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT.

Delivery time

Every poster is printed fresh after you order. Delivery takes 3–6 working days from receipt of payment. Framed and unframed posters are shipped in sturdy packaging so nothing creases. Vouchers arrive as a PDF by email, usually right after payment.

Payment methods

Payment is handled securely by our payment provider Stripe. We accept:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

The payment step shows which methods are available on your device. Payment is due when you complete the order; for Klarna, Klarna's payment terms apply.

Redeeming vouchers

Enter the voucher code in the payment step. Any remaining balance stays available for your next order.

Damaged or faulty delivery

If your poster was damaged in transit or misprinted, please email us a photo at [email protected]. We will reprint it free of charge. Details are in our terms and the withdrawal policy.
